Today my wish is that you

Do That Which Gives You Joy

Days leading up to the holidays can sometimes be busy and stressful.  There is a lot to do...cards to get out, shopping for gifts, wrapping, baking, decorating....

In all the craziness, it is important to focus on that which gives you joy.  Take a few moments -take an hour - maybe even the whole day and just focus on whatever it is that allows you to experience all you need to fill your heart with JOY.

We headed into the woods this afternoon for a snow hike.  Two dogs.  Five Peoples.

                                                                  Fun for All.

May you do that which gives you joy!

  2. I wish we got some snow here in Seattle so Kip could experience snow! He has never seen snow before and I'm so curious how he would react to it!

This post was really encouraging for me as Christmas is approaching. It does get stressful and it helps to sit back and think about the holiday spirit and joy.

    love,

Wonderfully woofed post! And a snow hike would give me great joy, as I live for snow! You sure looked like you had a blast! I have yet to see the wonderful fluffy white stuff in my neck of the woods so I will get my joy living vicariously through you! Thanks for posting such pawsome pictures!

  5. Great wish, Humans often get caught up in the rush and forget to take a little bit out of their time to take care of themselves - to de-stress or be kind to themselves by treating themselves to doing something THEY want to do.
